quarantine is hard for me and i cope with it by baking.
there’s something calming and therapeutic about creating these pies and it is a way for me to connect with friends and family…
and now, you!
a little about me: i moved to seattle ten years ago from the east coast. i’m filipina-american and i love food. i do not have a sweet tooth, but i love baking for people who do.
i started baking in 2020 to cope with the lockdown and found that baking brings me joy. it continues to connect me to my family and friends, old and new. when i am able, i aim to raise donations for social justice and global causes that i (and hopefully, you!) care about.
i welcome all feedback as long as it means that you can feel heard and i can grow. please introduce yourself at my next pop up. i would love to meet you!
